NOTE: If you cannot produce an ad, our design team can create one for you at no charge. If the layout does not meet with your approval you are not obligated to run it, and there is no cost to you. Call Dennis at 800-317-0474 x128 for details.
Print Ad Submission Info
File format: Ads must be PDF/X-1a files with fonts embedded.
Color space: CMYK, including all linked and embedded images.
Resolution: 300 DPI, including all linked and embedded images.
Bleed: Allow 1/8″ (.125″) on all sides for ads meant to bleed.
Crop and printers’ marks: Offset 1/8″ (.125″) from page trim.
Safety: Keep all live items (not intended to trim) at least 1/4″ from trim edges.
Printing process: Web offset, computer to plate (CTP)
Binding method: Saddle and perfect bound editions
Artwork submitted is assumed to be correct regarding color, images, and copy.
Design-2-Part is not responsible for errors in content, or for printing problems
due to improperly prepared files.
